To do this tutorial you will need  

 Toxic Desirez Scrapkit Sugar Fae with is Exclusive to Hanias Store 

which you can buy from HERE
And a tube of choice i chose Joel Adams Fairys Which you can buy HERE

I used one of millie psp templates 754 you can download it HERE

You will also need eye candy gradient glow you can download this from the net

Now to start open the template and remove the @
Next go to the scrapkit and choose a paper of choice copy and paste this to the template on the two littlest squares click inside them invert and then on the paper layer click delete merge each paper and square layer together
Now open another layer from within the kit and do the same for the larger square layer merge these two layers together
Now open the scene element and make smaller click on the largest rectangle layer in the template and do the same as before merge these two layers togther

Go to the scrapkit and open the swirl layer make smaller and then rotate so that this is horizontal place in top right of the tag now duplicate adn mirror place this layer bottom left of the tag
duplicate this layer and place this below the top right layer but to the left of the tag
now duplicate this layer and place above the bottom left element placed putting this one to the right bnow merge these four layers together

Now the squares that were coloured beffore place one small square to the top left to cover where the swirl starts place the other to the bottom right to cover the bottom swirl
place the larger square over the bottom small square just placed then finally place the large retangle with the scene on to the top right so there is a stepping stone effect adding a drop shadow of choice
 top all squares
Open tube of choice and make plarge to theat it will fill one of the circles from within the template now chlick inside circle invert then on tube layer click delete duplicate this layer on the bottom gaussian blur 10 on the top layer change opacity to screen then merge together
now effects texture effect weave with these settings 1,5,1 with fill gaps
 ticked choose a colour of your own choice same for both boxes i chose blak appy add a drop shadow of choice duplicate and mirror placing this circle over the other and merge them two together so you now have 2 circle layers place one top right just behing the lmiddle square placed and the other bottom left just behind middle square placed before

Now on the circle dots change brightness to black place these two layers around the circles but sending to the back of the tag infront of the swirl layers
Open your tube of choice again place within the long rectagle strip i changed the colour of the strip to black  click inside strip invert then on tube layer click delete duplicate the tube layer gaussian blur again by 10 this time on the yop layer change opacity to overlay 

then merge together and add drop shadow of choice
Open up clouds within the scrapkit make smaller and place bottom right of the tag duplicate then duplicate again and mirror then duplicate mirrored cloud until 2 layers on both sides then merge together place back of the tag
Open up leaf one and place at an angle one bottom right duplicate then mirror then merge together and place just after cloud layer
Open up the ribbon layer and place center of the tag afer this layer just placed
Open up and flowers from within the kit and place were desired once happy merge this layer together place behind circle layers
Open up the cluster of ribbons and place on top layer in the large rectangle sene placed before
Open up the sparkles and place on top layer Openup tube of choice and place were desired adding a drop shadow of choice 

Now add your copy right and name  i always use eyecandy gradient glow 

then add adrop shadow of choice to your name

and all done
