To do this tutorial you will need  

 Toxic Desirez Scrapkit Alyce In Zombieland which is Exclusive to Hanias Store 

which you can buy from HERE
And a tube of choice i chose Martin Abel Which you can buy HERE

I used one of millie psp templates 757 you can download it HERE

You will also need eye candy gradient glow you can download this from the net

Now to start open the template and remove the @
Go into the scrapkit and copy and paste the spatter change the size for it to fi into the top right corner of the tag duplicate and mirror then duplicate and flip then duplicate and mirror you should now have a spatter in every corner of the tag now merge together
his layer on the bottom gaussian blur 10 on the top layer change opacity to screen then merge together

Now to into the paper section of the scrapkit and choose a paper copy into your tempate over the top of one of the squares click within the square and on the paper layer hit delete
 then merge these two layers together now do the same for the other square within the template now the square to the left
of the tag rotate untill its at an angle with the top left corner of the tag
Open up your tube of choice i chose martin abel alice  place over oval layer now with your selections tool set on cicle select a part of your tube you wish to use then invert and on the tube layer hit delete now you should have a part of your tube now duplicate this layer
several times untill you have totally covered the oval now hide the oval layer and on all the tube layers click merge unhide the oval layer and click inside the oval layer invert
 and on the tube layer click deleate now duplicate this layer gaussian blur 10
on the lower tube layer and on the top tube layer change opacity to luminace Legacy now merge these three layers together move this layer to the center left of the tag
Now open your tube layer again and place in circle layer i have enlarged the tube to fit the entire circle click circle layer invert  then on the tube layer click delete duplicate on the bottom ltube layer gausian blur 10 agian on the top layer change the opacity to screen now merge these three layers together
Texture weave 1.5.1.fill gaps ticked change the colour to what ever you would like to suit your tube i did mine white
Now go into the the scrapkit and copy the frame 1 over the top of the circle adding a drop shadow of choice you might have to resize this now merge this layer with the circle layer just filled
now move this layer closer top the right top of the tag
Open the card layer make smaller and place in top right of the tag behind the circle layer just placed
Now open the cat within the scrapkit and place bottom right adding a drop shadow of choice
Opn the cheshire cat smaile and rotate so that its at an angle in the top left
of the tag open the spider layer from the scrpkit and place this coming from the chesire cat grin that has just been placed
Open the set of cups place bottom left of the tag adding a drop shadow of choice send the spider layer above the cups so it looks like its sitting on them
Now open the film srip and place in center of the tag
 Open a paper from the kit and paste now click every window of the film strip expand by 3 invert and on the paper layer click delete
Open up your tube of choice place were desired in window of the film strip duplicate your tube and place in every window change section every time now click in film strip window and do the same as for the paper expand by 3 invert and on the tube layer click delete do that to all 4
merge the tube layers together duplicate on the bottom layer gaussian blur again
on the top layer change the opacity to dodge merge these two layers together add a drop shadow of choice
to the film strip now the paper layer the tube layer and the film strip
merge these three layers together
Place the layer tothe bottom of the tag and send it to just infront of the circle layer
Open up the swirlie make it smaller and place a few behind the circle layer when happy were placed merge layers together add a drop shadow of choice
Change the cat from the bottom right to on top of the film strip to the left
Open up your tube adding a drop shadow of choice and place were desired Remove the writing and the last 2 layers of the template
Open up the sparkles and place to the top duplicate and place to the bottom of the tag merge these two layers together and move layer to behind the film strip layer
Now open the pile of bones and pmake smaller and place to the bottom left of the tag behind the cup layer adding a drop shadow of choice Open the grabbing hand and make smaller placing this behing the pile of bones and making it look like its grabbing her ankle
Open the set of cake layer and place bottom fright of the tag adding a drop shadow of choice
Open the hat make smaller rotae it so it goes to an angle and place behind the set of cakes just placed 

Now add your copy right and name  i always use eyecandy gradient glow 

then add adrop shadow of choice to your name

and all done
