To do this tutorial you will need  

 Toxic Desirez Scrapkit Madness

which you can buy from HERE
The tube im using is Martin Abel you can buy that HERE
You will also need Millies Template 765 you an get that from her blog HERE

You will also need eye candy gradient glow you can download this from the net

Now open a new 650 x 650 layer
Open the numbers from the scrapkit and place on tag
so that this covers all the background
Open the template and copy and paste each into the 650x650 layer just created
leave out the wordart
plae the large oval center top two similar rectangles at both sides
and large rectangle in the center of the tag copy and paste the glitter background
with each of them now close the template
click on each glitter background contrat by 7 then delete now bring the three glitter frames to the front of each rectangle
On the back oval click inside the oval contract by 7 and delete adding a noise of choice
Now open a paper of choice from the scrapkit plae behind the oval click
 inside oval expand by 2 invert and on the paper layer click delete
Add a drop shadow of choice to the glittter oval frame and merge
 with the oval paper just created add a drop shadow of choice and send to the back
of the tag infront of the numbers placed before
Open up a scene from the scrapkit the toadstools first the creepy forest
 second and the steps and door third place in this order in each frame
doing the same as the oval place
behind glitter frame click inside glitter frame expand by two
 invert and on the scene layers click delete add a drop shadow of choice
 to the glitter frame then merge the frame and scene layer together do this for all 3 frames
Placethe  playing cards and add a drop shadow of choice
place around to the right of the tag behind the large oval shape placed before
Open the evil tree and place in center of the tag
 as if its coming out of the creepy forest adding a drop shadow of choice
Open the mushrooms and place these to the left as if there coming out of the toadstool rectangle adding a drop shadow of choice
 Also open the eyes and place center of the right rectangle
merge the three rectangles together along with the creepy tree the eyes and the mushrooms
Open the grass and flip make smaller place to the right
 duplicate and place to the left merge these two layers together and place bottom
 of the tag behind the three rectangle layer
Open up the swirl and plae over all layers hange the opacity to overlay
Open the hat place to the left bottom of the tag rotate
to an angle adding a drop shadow of choice
Do the same with the cup layer but place that to the right
Get your tube of choice adding a drop shadow of choice place to the left
Open the bottle place infront of the tube adding a drop shadow of choice
Place the lock in the bottom right adding a drop shadow of choice
Open the sparkles place on tag duplicate and the mirror then merge together place this layer just infront of the large oval layer
Open the swirl add noise of choice place one top left of the tag
just behind the large oval shape duplicate and place bottom right same level as other one just placed merge these two layers together
Open the spider add a drop shadow of choice and place ontop of the clock
Use the lights along the bottom adding a drop shadow of choice
Open the spoobn rotate to an angle add a drop shadow of choice place top left of the tag
All done if you wish to add anymore from the scrapkit thats up to you
Add your copyright and your name of choice adding a gradient glow
and a drop shadow of choice
